Dziecko wyposażone w taki set będzie miało możliwość odreagowania i zajęcia się swoimi sprawami w życiu kierowanym przez dorosłych. Zabawa redukuje u dzieci poziom stresu, wyzwala endorfiny i oksytocynę ❤️ , co jest niezbędne w tym momencie- w czasie ASD (Zespole Ostrego Stresu).
Wyprawka ma się składać z:1. Misia max. 30cm2. bloku rysunkowego/papieru do rysowania3. kredek4. flamastrów5. baniek mydlanych6. fidget pada/fidget control lub czegoś do manipulowania w rękach7. "gniotka”8. ciastoliny/ plasteliny.Wszystkie rzeczy powinny być razem spakowane do worka ze sznureczkami do zawiązania lub założenia na plecy.

Play Therapy Poland together with the Social Committee A Teddy for Masha and Sasha is collecting ‘anti stress packages’ for every child refugee from Ukraine. A child with this type of set will be able to respond and occupy him/herself in a life controlled by adults. Play reduces children’s stress levels, and releases endorphins and oxytocin – the happiness hormones ❤️– which at this moment is vitally important because of ASD (Accute Stress Disorder).
Each package will contain the following items: 1. Teddy bear, max 30cm2. Drawing paper / pad3. Crayons / coloured pencils4. Markers5. Bubble blowing set6. Fidget pad or other fidget toy7. “Squishy” (anti-stress toy)8. Play-dohAll the items should be packed together in a drawstring bag that can be carried in the hand or on the back.
